1	Institute for Justice Founded in 1991, the Institute for Justice is what a civil liberties law firm should be. 5	American Conservative Union The American Conservative Union is the nation's oldest and largest grassroots conservative lobbying organization. ACU's purpose is to communicate and advance the goals and principles of conservatism through one multi-issue, umbrella organization.
6	Heartland Institute Heartland's mission is to discover, develop, and promote free-market solutions to social and economic problems. Such solutions include parental choice in education, choice and personal responsibility in health care, market-based approaches to environmental protection, privatization of public services, and deregulation in areas where property rights and markets do a better job than government bureaucracies.
7	Cato Institute The Cato Institute was founded in 1977 by Edward H. Crane. It is a non-profit public policy research foundation headquartered in Washington, D.C. The Institute is named for Cato's Letters, a series of libertarian pamphlets that helped lay the philosophical foundation for the American Revolution.
8	Reason Foundation Founded in 1968, Reason advances a free society by developing, applying, and promoting libertarian principles, including individual liberty, free markets, and the rule of law.
9	Cartoons by Michael Ramirez Michael Ramirez is a senior editor and the editorial cartoonist for Investor's Business Daily's editorial page, "Issues & Insights." Mr. Ramirez is a Lincoln Fellow and has won several awards during his career, including the 1994 Pulitzer Prize, the UCI Medal from the University of California, Irvine and the Sigma Delta Chi Awards in 1995 and 1997. He has been the editorial cartoonist of the Los Angeles Times, the Commercial Appeal and USA Today, and is nationally syndicated in over 450 newspapers around the world.
10	Freedom Foundation of Minnesota The Freedom Foundation of Minnesota is an independent, non-profit educational and research organization that develops and actively advocates the principles of individual freedom, personal responsibility, economic freedom, and limited government.
11	Minnesota Neopopulism Neopopulism's mission is to identify and redress public and private rules, regulations, laws, policies, "expertise", and/or attitudes that violate the Rule of Law and/or institutionalize elitism with an adverse impact on the common man.
